this looks so awesome!!! did they just do that at the store or was it like something specially done for that day? you must be having a blast trying to new spices. i love this little indian place close to my apt and i love looking at this poster they have of all the spices. yummmm
I've seen it done at a few stores, they dig from the back to fill bags (until it collapses I supposed), it's made of za'atar (a mix of spices). Pretty incredible huh!?
